This is a 2020 reissue vinyl LP pressing of Skeletons from the Closet: The Best of Grateful Dead by Grateful Dead. The American rock band originally released their first compilation album in February 1974, via Warner Bros Records. Produced by Stephen Barncard, Betty Cantor, David Hassinger, Bob Matthews and the band members, eight of the tracks are from Dead studio recordings, and two are from live albums. Skeletons from the Closet was certified as a Gold Album in 1980, thereafter becoming the best-selling release by the band.
