Fender's new Made in Japan Junior Collection Stratocaster® offers a 24-inch scale and the traditional Fender look for entry-level players and young people just starting out. A 24-inch scale that is shorter than usual makes it easier to play chords and reduces finger fatigue when pressing strings, as well as a compact body that has been scaled down to about 94% and a new body cavity design to reduce weight. This provides better playability. A bright Fender Stratocaster® tone is delivered by the all-new Junior Collection Modified Single Coil Stratocaster® pickups. Tuning stability is guaranteed with vintage-style tuners and a two-point tremolo bridge with vintage-style saddles.
