Fender J Signature Precision Bass Electric Guitar, Maple FB, Black Gold
Fender released a made-in-Japan signature model for a Japanese rock band, Luna Sea's Bassist, J, which used a variety of Precision Bass® over the years. In addition to the reverse head that expresses J's music philosophy, the original ccolourBlack Gold, which was inspired by the vintage helmet of the 70s by J who loves motorcycles, is reproduced. This colour which looks different depending on the angle gives various impressions depending on the stage lighting.
The one-piece maple neck profiled from the Custom Shop uses a 7.25-inch radius and narrow-tall frets, and while following the grip of the 50s, the nut width is kept to 42mm, enabling smooth performance even on long stages. It is a specification that is particular about making it. In terms of sound, the combination of the ash body and the J Custom P Bass® Pickup, which was newly developed for this model, outputs a rich midrange that won't get buried even when you drive it.
