Designed, engineered and manufactured in the USA, Evans EMAD heads feature their Externally Mounted Adjustable Damping system which allows the player to adjust attack and focus by choosing one of two removable foam damping rings. Made with a single ply of 10mil film, EMADs are highly versatile heads for all music genres - a true working drummer's choice. Emad heads have a Level 360 collar allowing the head to seat itself properly, making it easier to tune and providing a wider tonal range.
