It applies even tension across the fretboard virtually eliminating the problem of pulling the strings side to side and the need to retune during use. Additionally, the lightweight aluminium construction adds negligible weight to the neck of the instrument. Designed by Ned Steinberger and available in black or silver finishes, it even features an integrated pick holder.
